First off, I will customize a training regime that fits your goal and fitness level; then I will show you easy-to-remember techniques so you can maximize each session, avoid injury, and keep every workout fresh. I’ll also track your progress and offer encouragement and inspiration. You’ll be more likely to burn the fat, keep it off, and do it all faster than ever before. 

My Personal Training programs are more then just a series of one-on-one sessions. It is a physical, psychological and emotional experience. Each personal training program is customized to address your unique fitness needs whether it is to lose weight, build muscle or just look and feel better.

Personal Training Packages and Rates:
$60 single session
$50 per session /4 session package
$45 per session/ 8-12 sessions
$40 per session/ 18 sessions or more

Meal Plans
$75 for an individualized meal plan

$25 for meal plan updates
