Centerpoint Employee: $21 per month
Outside or family/ Add On: $25 per month
Activation Fee: $25 one time fee
All individual memberships’ dues are billed on a quarterly basis. A 6 month membership term is required. Dues are paid through an automatic billing system using a Visa or MasterCard. Please see the membership agreements for further details.
